As part of the “Value for Money Champion” rating conducted by the Handelsblatt newspaper in cooperation with the YouGov market research agency, Germany's most popular airline was honoured once again and received the “Excellent” seal.
Jens Boyd, Director of Long Haul & Revenue Management at Condor, is pleased about the quality seal awarded by the Handelsblatt newspaper: “It is nice to see that our customers are very satisfied with the service we offer them. The fact that they rate our value for the money as excellent shows that we are doing a great job. The redesigned cabins in our aircraft, featuring the introduction of the new Business Class and in-flight entertainment on longhaul flights, have been very positively received by our customers. In addition, we have revised the rate structure, which lets our customers find the best offer for them on every flight as well as choose from a wide range of additional services and extras. The award motivates us to continue to consistently offer our customers the best service – now and in the future.”
For the survey, which was carried out between 2015 and 2016 using the YouGov BrandIndex, 700,000 representative online interviews were conducted with representative members of the German population aged 18 and over. A total of more than 700 brands were evaluated with respect to their value for the money.
