As of today, long-haul flights can be booked for summer 2019 in addition to Condor's short- and medium-haul destinations. Plus, thanks to cooperation with Malaysia Airlines, Kuala Lumpur can now also be part of your holiday planning. This green metropolis offers many opportunities not only as a travel destination but also as a transfer destination with connections to Australia, New Zealand, Bali and Singapore.
Following its initial introduction this summer, the programme also includes the city of Phoenix in Arizona, located in the "Valley of the Sun", where we will fly to for two months longer in the summer of 2019. From May to the end of October, the only direct connection between Phoenix and continental Europe will be served twice a week.
In addition, Germany's most popular airline is adding another flight to its frequent flights to Cancun in Mexico and Mombasa in Kenya. The sought-after holiday destination on the Yucatan peninsula in Mexico can be reached non-stop from Frankfurt five times a week from next summer and Mombasa will be connected with four instead of three weekly flights from Frankfurt.
All in all, holidaymakers have the choice between 33 long-haul destinations in the USA, Canada, the Caribbean, the Indian Ocean, Africa and Southeast Asia.
"We are delighted to add Kuala Lumpur to our programme as a new summer destination and thus further expand our route network," says Ralf Teckentrup, Chairman of the Condor Management Board. "We have more than 60 years of experience in the tourist aviation market and see great potential for the future."
On the short and medium distance, Condor will continue to offer the most beautiful holiday destinations around the Mediterranean and the Atlantic next summer. In total, there are 31 short- and medium-haul connections available in nine countries. In addition to the main programme published today, the 2019 summer timetable will be further developed in the coming months.
