Condor on the long-haul route: The new Business Class

The cabin refit of the entire Condor Boeing 767 long-haul fleet was completed in June 2014. The seats in all classes have been replaced with modern seats with In-Seat Entertainment. Condor Comfort Class has been renamed Business Class, changing it to the usual name in the market as recognised by the customers.

Condor operates with two different cabin configurations, known as a Split Fleet. Of twelve Boeing B767-300 aircraft, three have 30 Business Class seats. The other nine aircraft still have 18 Business Class seats. Consequently, Condor is reacting to the increased demand for Business Class seats on some routes, such as to the Seychelles, to Mauritius and to the Maldives.

The new Condor Business Class offers guests fully automatic, comfortable sleeper seats in addition to the familiar, excellent service. Power and USB connections are integrated into the seat.

The Business Class service includes comforts such as free seat reservation, separate check-in counters at departure airports and lounge access in Frankfurt and at many airports around the world. Miles & More members collect 2,500 bonus miles per route in Condor Business Class.

Condor also offers Business Class flyers a higher luggage allowance of 30 kg and two items of hand luggage weighing up to 12 kg. The luggage allowance on flights to the USA or Canada is two bags at 32 kg each. In addition, transporting one item of sporting equipment is free after prior registration.

The personal, first-class service of Business Class treats passengers to a delicious five-course meal served on china tableware. There is a selection of three main courses.
