Germany's most popular leisure airline will be adding Christmas touches right on board to celebrate the joyous holidays to come. From 18-26 December 2015, the crew will be giving all passengers little chocolate Santas on all Condor longhaul flights. And the “Wellbeing Set” amenity kits provided in Premium and Business Class on all longhaul flights to Germany will be decked out in a winter design.
Business Class passengers can enjoy a traditional Christmas goose by electric candlelight as the main entree of their 5-course menu, instead of the regular “sous vide” beef dish. Coffee and tea will be served in special porcelain cups featuring a Christmas design. During the promotion, Business Class passengers will also receive a Christmas stocking filled with chocolate pralines.
For passengers who are spending Christmas away from Germany, but still want to have a Christmas tree from home, Condor will transport Christmas trees (up to a maximum height of 100 cm) free of charge on the passenger’s flight, with advance registration.
“We want to make our guests’ flights as enjoyable as possible. What is better than bringing the traditional Christmas spirit on board?” said Michael Lin, Head of Inflight Services, Thomas Cook Group. “Along with our customers, our crew also enjoys the festive ambience above the clouds, of course.”
In addition, a special service is planned for New Year's Eve and Day: Condor invites all guests on board to enjoy a glass of sparkling wine to toast to the new year. Passengers in Business Class will also receive a sweet New Year’s Eve surprise.
