Frankfurt am Main, 17 March 2020 - Theleisure airline Condor is bringing guests back home from their holiday destinations in accordance with the regular flight schedule, but also with special flights for tour operators and as part Airlift of the Federal Foreign Office in a coordinated manner.

A large number of flights will initially take place regularly according to the flight schedule in order to bring as many guests home as possible. This applies in particular to the Canary Islands, Egypt and Palma de Mallorca, but also to the Caribbean with Cuba, the Dominican Republic. An overview of all flights for the next 72 hours is continuously updated at <link http: www.condor.com aktuelle-infos>www.condor.com/aktuelle-infos, further flights for the following days are planned. The return tickets can be rebooked to an earlier flight home free of charge.

Condor is also launching special flights, among others from the Dominican Republic, Morocco and Egypt, to create additional return flight capacity for holidaymakers. Condor is working closely with German tour operators to achieve this. As Germany's most popularleisure airline, Condor also supports the "Airlift" coordinated by the Federal Foreign Office to bring back more holidaymakers from their holiday destinations.

All guests with a planned departure within the next four weeks can rebook their ticket free of charge without having to commit to a date or time now. This also applies to passengers with tickets to countries whose entry restrictions have not been extended. Due to the travel warning issued by the Federal Foreign Office, Condor cannot carry guests who are not citizens of the country of destination on the respective outbound flights and who are thus starting their journey home.

"Our teams work day and night to ensure that holidaymakers in the destinations return home as quickly as possible. Guests can check out our website, where all information is constantly updated. We are sorry that, due to the high call volume, there are waiting times on the customer hotline at the moment," says Ralf Teckentrup, CEO of Condor. Guests whose flight is not scheduled for the next 72 hours and who are not at their holiday destination are requested to contact the hotline at a later time.
