Update: The Condor Airbus A321, that was diverted to Budapest (BUD) this morning due to an unspecific threat, has been carefully examined by Condor and the authorities according to the administrative guidelines and has been released without any findings. The passengers took off at 18:50 pm local time to continue their flight to Hurghada (HRG). Their flight is operated by a Condor Boeing 757 aircraft which had been sent to Budapest as a precaution. The Airbus A321 will be re-integrated in the normal flight operations immediately. Safety is always the highest priority in aviation. Condor apologizes to its guests for the inconveniences.

The reason for this diversion is an unspecific threat by phone. The airplane landed safely at 11:42 am local time in Budapest. Security is always the highest priority in aviation.
