On the occasion of its 60th anniversary, <link http: condor.com _blank external-link-new-window external link in new>Condor is granting the wishes of six seriously ill children and teenagers. For each of its anniversary decades, Germany's most popular leisure airline will make a dream come true by fulfilling a wish received by the Make-A-Wish Foundation.

The first child’s wish Condor is granting came from Yasin, who lives in Munich. The 14-year-old has leukaemia and wants to spend a carefree week in the sun and sea with his family. “My heart’s desire is to stay in a hotel with a great pool,” says Yasin, filled with excited anticipation.

Together, Condor and tour operator Neckermann Reisen have selected an ideal hotel on the holiday island of Fuerteventura. The four-star Hotel Esencia de Fuerteventura is located on Playa de Esquinzo, a 16-km-long stretch of sandy beach in the southern part of the island. The fully renovated hotel features a large pool complex – perfect for swimming, splashing, romping about and soaking up the sun. The travel gift voucher includes flights with Condor, two double rooms at Esencia de Fuerteventura with all-inclusive board, and transfers.

Make-A-Wish Germany grants the personal and long-awaited wishes of children and teenagers between three and 18 years old who are suffering from a life-threatening medical condition. To bring them and their families happy and memorable moments that give them hope, strength and joy of life in the fight against the disease.
