Germany’s favourite leisure airline received first place in the “gastronomy, accommodation, entertainment, fitness and tourism”sector in the large companies category and also took second place in the “transportation and logistics“ sector. Compared to last year, the airline received even better ratings, as it was able to climb one place higher to reach the top of the rankings.
“We are extremely pleased with this distinction. It underlines the fact that the satisfaction of our employees is a top priority. That’s why we do so much to offer them a pleasant working atmosphere as well as many opportunities for professional development. Internal communication, for example, is highly valued here, so that every individual in every department is informed. This is how transparency and trust are created,” says Alexandra von Mansberg-Haag, Head of Human Resources Condor. “The results of the Focus poll show that we are on the right path and this motivates us going forward.”
The study analysed more than 70,000 employer evaluations from employees. From 2,000 companies in total, Focus and its partners identified the 1,000 best employers in Germany in 22 business sectors. In the overall ranking, Condor came in 21st, coming out ahead of 979 other companies. The employees who were surveyed indicated that they are satisfied with their career prospects, the leadership abilities of their superiors, their salaries as well as the image of the company.
