Condor Technik GmbH (CTG) was founded in 2008 as a maintenance organization in accordance with EASA Part-145. As a wholly owned subsidiary of Condor Flugdienst GmbH, CTG operates maintenance facilities in Frankfurt, Munich, Düsseldorf and Hamburg. CTG is responsible for the maintenance of the Condor fleet according to the highest quality standards and in compliance with strict official regulations. The company currently employs around 400 people.
CTG's head office is located in Neu-Isenburg. In Frankfurt, where the hangar in Cargo City South at the airport is also located, the maintenance focus is on the long-haul A330neo fleet. The maintenance spectrum includes both line and base maintenance. In Düsseldorf, where a hangar is also operated, the focus is on the maintenance of short and medium-haul aircraft in the Airbus A320/A321 and Boeing B757 fleet. Small C-checks and engine changes are also carried out here. Other CTG stations are located in Munich and Hamburg. The focus here is on handling aircraft between rotations to ensure smooth flight operations.
The introduction of the new A330neo fleet and the retirement of the B767 fleet have brought new tasks and challenges for CTG. The transformation is not yet complete with the renewal of the short and medium-haul fleet. These developments offer numerous opportunities for further development, including for career changers. The introduction of new aircraft and the implementation of digitalization measures made the CTG more modern and efficient, creating an environment in which employees can grow and expand their skills.
