Marinated smoked salmon, followed by chicken breast fillet with lemon butter and a coconut tartlet with mango to finish: with immediate effect, the gourmet menus in Condor Business Class will feature new dishes. These are available on all long-haul flights and offer something for every taste. For example, Business Class guests will be served a variety of appetizers, such as pastrami tartlets with chimichurri, baby leaf salads with tomatoes and dip. For main courses, they can choose from three options, such as king prawns with linguine pasta in tomato vinaigrette. The red lentil dal is also a vegetarian option in organic quality. Business Class guests can conveniently choose from the various main courses on board.

On daytime flights, guests can get curry sausage in a spicy tomato curry sauce as a second menu, for example, along with leaf salad in raspberry dressing and raspberry tartlet with elderberry and pistachios. As a refreshment between meals, Häagen-Dazs ice cream is served on selected daytime flights, for example. On overnight flights, guests receive a sweet and savory breakfast selection as a second menu, with vegetarian options such as semolina porridge with rhubarb.

A premium menu is included for Premium Economy Class guests. Up to 24 hours before departure, these can also be pre-ordered free of charge as a variation for children, vegetarians, vegans, and lactose- or gluten-free. Economy Class guests also have the option, in addition to the meal included in the price, to pre-order these premium menus up to 24 hours before departure for 17.99 euros.
