In January, the magazine Focus, together with the internet portals Xing and kununu.com listed Germany's best employers for the third time, and once again Condor is at the top.

In the "Transport and logistics" sector and in "Gastronomy, accommodation, entertainment, fitness and tourism", the popular holiday airline was awarded second place among the large companies. No other German airline has been able to come as high in the survey.

"I am proud that we have achieved such an excellent position once again," says Martina Werner, Director of Human Resources at Condor. "The satisfaction of our employees is very close to our hearts, which is why we do so much to provide many development possibilities as well as a good working environment. The result of the survey shows that we are on the right path."

The 800 best employers from a total of 22 sectors were identified in the survey of more than 70,000 employees. Among other things, the people surveyed stated how happy they are with their professional prospects, the management behaviour of their managers, their salary and the image of their employer.
