Condor with new menu selection on long-haul flights in the winter timetable

Frankfurt, 30 October 2019 - We love flying - and as we all know, the way to a human’s heart also goes through the stomach: Just in time for the start of the winter flight schedule 2019/20, Germany's most popular leisure airline is launching a new menu and wine selection on its long-haul flights. The diverse selection of meals and exquisite wines from near and far in Premium and Business Class will be available on all long-haul flights as of 1 November.

Veal steak with ginger and garlic juice or cannelloni with ricotta and spinach filling in lemon thyme sauce, served with a glass of Portuguese Cuvée - the new menu selection leaves nothing to be desired. From now on, Condor offers guests in Business Class culinary delights such as veal pastrami with parsnip salad and crème fraiche as an appetizer and a selection of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes as main courses. Toblerone mousse with nuts for dessert, a cheese platter, coffee, tea and digestif complete this taste experience.

The new Premium Class menu also includes everything your heart could possibly desire. In addition to a delicious 3-course menu consisting of an appetizer, chicken breast in chive cream sauce with fried mushrooms and vegetable polenta as a main dish and a mousse au chocolat with chocolate chips for dessert, the menu also offers a variety of tasty snacks.

Also new on board: The wine selection in Business Class which offers exclusive wines such as the Riesling Royal "DER LÖWE" from the winery Motzenbäcker in Deidesheim an der Weinstraße. The two carefully selected red wines make the hearts of wine lovers beat faster. The grapes of the Italian Primitivo "TANK no. 32" are harvested when the berries are already dried on the vine and have lost a large part of their water. This technique delivers a dark and sparkling red wine that carries a perfect harmony of power and elegance. To pamper themselves on board, Business Class guests can now choose between two different red and white wines as well as Champagne.
