October 1, 2020 - For the fifth time Condor supports the global initiative of the aviation industry FlyPink in the breast cancer month of October, which supports organizations worldwide in the prevention, treatment and research of breast cancer. With pink uniform accessories, crew members want to show solidarity with those affected and create awareness of the disease.
"The pandemic has pushed many issues into the background this year, but they have not lost any of their importance. Therefore, I am proud that Condor is also involved in the fight against breast cancer in this special year. I am sure that again numerous Condorians will support the campaign", says Christian Schmitt, COO of Condor.
In October, Condor cabin crews will be wearing pink ties, scarves and pins, while cockpit crews will be swapping their epaulettes for pink strips.
