From now on, passengers with their own seat, including children between 2 and 12 years of age, will be charged the same full ticket price in all travel classes. This was previously the case for bookings in Business Class and at the "Economy Light" rate. For infants under two years of age without their own seat, the 90% discount remains in place.

"As an airline, we do everything we can to offer all our customers a good and fair price for their holiday flight. This is why we launched a new "Economy Light" class last autumn, with one-way all-inclusive fares starting at just EUR 39.99, offering an affordable alternative for young and old", says Jens Boyd, Group Head of Long Haul at Condor. "Condor is standardising its rates in response to the rate structures used by competitors in the European flight market. We will continue to offer something for everyone, thus remaining true to our distinction of being a fair airline", continues Boyd.

Prams, buggies, cribs and car safety seats are transported in the cargo hold at no extra charge and without prior registration. Pre-boarding for families with infants under two years of age is also provided where possible. On request (and subject to availability), parents can be given baby supplies such as bottles, baby food and diapers on Condor’s long-haul flights. Lavatories are equipped with changing tables on all flights. In an online survey last autumn, "FOCUS MONEY" magazine and the analysis and consultancy company ServiceValue GmbH questioned the customers of eleven airlines; Condor was rated as "very good" in all five categories and was also named the "Fairest Airline". In this study on the fairness of airlines, customers were given questionnaires in five categories: fair product performance, fair on-board service, fair price/performance ratio, best cabin crew and fair customer service. Compared to the last study carried out in 2012, when the leisure carrier was rated "good", Condor has shown considerable improvement and managed to secure a "very good" mark.
