Alexander Kaiser, Head of Customer Care at Condor: "Shortly after the launch, we were able to see the added value of this channel. Our customers immediately used WhatsApp to discuss their concerns. Currently, most of them are concerned with valid entry regulations, questions about booking, online check-in or special services. These topics can be discussed quickly and directly via WhatsApp."
