July 7, 2023 - Support the Pride Side of Life: This weekend, the Christopher Street Day (CSD) will take place again in Cologne and Condor will be there with its own truck and many employees. The leisure airline will also participate in Frankfurt on July 15, 2023, and in Hamburg on August 5, 2023, and with that send a clear signal for diversity and tolerance.

This is also reflected on and in the aircraft: since April 2022, the Condor fleet has been flying with colorful stripes, once again making it clear that the airline celebrates diversity in all its facets. The five colors also stand for the fact that the world cannot be expressed with just one color. To better express individuality on board, Condor's uniform guidelines have also been adapted and formulated in a gender-neutral way. For example, all crew members have the same opportunity to wear makeup and nail polish and to show off their tattoos.

Condor has already made a strong commitment to the LGBTIQ+ community in the past and conducted "Pride Flights".
