Uncomplicated entry for fully vaccinated travelers / US demand has more than doubled
October 15, 2021 - Starting November 8, 2021, vaccinated travelers will once again be able to enter the United States. Condor had already recorded well over double the number of bookings to the U.S. after the U.S. announced in September that it would adjust its entry rules in November and added flights to New York City. The first flight to New York-JFK is now being brought forward and will take off as an additional flight as early as November 8, 2021, enabling Condor guests to take off non-stop to the Big Apple in time for the opening of the USA. Condor flies five times a week to New York-JFK and already flies four times a week to Seattle. Tickets can be booked from EUR 259.99 per person and route.
"We clearly see: the pent-up demand among our guests to travel to North America again is huge - and there is probably no more popular destination in the U.S. than New York. The city that never sleeps represents everything people have missed out for months. We are already looking forward to bringing family and friends together again and quenching our customers' wanderlust," says Ralf Teckentrup, CEO of Condor.
From New York-JFK, Condor guests can travel onward with partner airline JetBlue to more than 40 destinations along the entire East Coast to Florida, as well as inland. And there are also numerous onward flights from Seattle: with Alaska Airlines, more than 30 destinations, such as Los Angeles, San Diego, San Francisco or Hawaii, are particularly easy to reach.
For entry into the USA, a complete vaccination with WHO-certified vaccine is required, as well as a negative test certificate, which must not be older than 72 hours.
