Condor will discontinue its daily services from Berlin and Stuttgart to Dubai as part of its winter flight schedule.

The decision comes against the backdrop of the continued challenging economic conditions facing the global aviation industry. Affected guests will be informed in good time and offered suitable rebooking or refund options in accordance with the applicable conditions of carriage.

Condor stands for open competition and international connectivity. However, both require fair and comparable market conditions. The persistently high government-imposed location costs in Germany place a considerable burden on domestic airlines in particular. Against this backdrop, any expansion of traffic rights should, from Condor's perspective, only be considered with due regard to reciprocity, competitive neutrality, and its impact on German airlines and the economic value created in Germany.

The German Federal Government has set itself the goal of strengthening Germany as an aviation location. This now requires concrete relief from location costs. Only then can German airlines continue to invest, grow and safeguard jobs in Germany.
