Germany's most popular leisure airline is back in Austria's capital: the first flight from Vienna to Palma de Mallorca took off today, with a high load factor. Starting this summer, Condor will fly several times from Austria's largest airport to Mallorca and to the most sought-after Greek islands of Crete, Rhodes and Kos. Travel with Condor can be booked with tour operators and in travel agencies, and flight tickets are available as usual at www.condor.com and by telephone.
"The pent-up demand for vacation travel is huge. With our flights from Vienna, we are responding to the demand for tailor-made flights from our long-standing tour operator and travel agency partners in Austria," said Ralf Teckentrup, CEO of Condor. "We are pleased to now add Vienna to our departures from Germany and Switzerland in summer 2022."
"Condor is bringing Austrian travelers back to sunny vacation destinations. The fact that Condor is returning with connections to Vienna confirms the high demand for vacation flights in the 2022 summer season. With Mallorca, Crete, Kos and Rhodes, the airline serves no less than four of the Austrians' favorite vacation islands. We warmly welcome Condor back to Vienna," says Mag. Julian Jäger, member of the Management Board of Flughafen Wien AG.
Condor flies from Vienna to Palma de Mallorca on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays, and from mid-May to Heraklion on Crete on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays, to Kos on Tuesdays and Fridays, and to Rhodes on Thursdays and Sundays.
